Drew Calloway — Owner
Born and raised on a tobacco farm in North Carolina, Drew always knew there was more waiting beyond the horizon. Driven by a curiosity for the world and a natural knack for making people feel their best, he turned his passions into a thriving career in the beauty industry.
Drew’s talents as a hairstylist and colorist soon took him to New York City, where he spent nearly two decades working alongside some of the most respected names in the business. In addition to honing his craft, Drew became a sought-after educator, leading advanced training programs for top companies like John Paul Mitchell Systems and Wella. He also helped shape salon education programs, fostering the next generation of stylists. Most notably, Drew trained under and collaborated with renowned celebrity colorist Marie Robinson, further refining his expertise. That training pushed Drew to be a true color expert.
Now calling Miami home, Drew is bringing his lifelong dream to fruition with the opening of his own salon. Infused with the warmth of his Southern roots and a commitment to true hospitality, Drew and his partner, Martin Ducasse, proudly welcome you to Beauty Shop Miami—a space where individuality is celebrated, everyone is embraced, and you’re treated like family.

MARTIN

Martin has a unique ability to uncover beauty in unexpected places—and he’s passionate about helping others see that same beauty within themselves.
Born in Baie-Comeau, a charming town in Quebec’s northeastern corner, Martin has crafted an impressive career as a hairstylist and colorist. After collaborating with some of the most skilled artists in Quebec, he landed a dream role with Montreal’s largest television network. For three years, Martin styled top celebrities, worked on countless sets, and experienced the fast-paced world behind the scenes.
Ready for a new challenge, Martin followed his instincts to Miami, drawn by its art, fashion, and sun-soaked lifestyle. Specializing in blondes and natural looks, he built a stellar reputation at Red Market Salon, a top-tier salon in the prestigious Bal Harbour Shops.
Now, with 21 years of experience under his belt, Martin is embarking on his next big adventure—partnering with Drew Calloway to launch Beauty Shop Miami.
MARSHA
TIER 2
Specializing in extensions, beautiful blowouts, formal styling/braiding, and keratin
Marsha’s journey with hair began at just five years old when her father taught her how to braid. She lovingly refers to hair as her “therapy,” and it wasn’t long before her hobby evolved into a full-blown passion for creating art.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Marsha moved to Boston before eventually settling in Miami, where she found her stride. Her career began to flourish after landing an opportunity to assist at the prestigious Sean Donaldson Salon. From there, Marsha’s talent propelled her to new heights, including working on the set of The Real Housewives of Miami and styling for other high-profile clients.
With over 10 years of experience under her belt, Marsha brings a wealth of expertise to Beauty Shop Miami, along with an in-depth knowledge of some of the industry’s top haircare brands.
SYLYSE

Specializing in haircutting, beachy blonde,
and glamorous blowouts
With over 20 years of experience, Sylyse was a driving force behind one of Manhattan’s most iconic salons in the East Village. Originally from New York City, his expertise and artistry have earned him a stellar reputation in the industry.
Now, Sylyse has chosen Beauty Shop Miami as his home base, bringing his signature talent to the Magic City. Known for crafting effortlessly chic, lived-in styles in both cutting and coloring, he’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best.
SOPHIE

Sophie sees beauty in everything and everywhere. A true free spirit, her creativity is deeply shaped by her Dominican Republic roots, her Hialeah upbringing, and Miami’s vibrant, playful energy. Whether it’s hair, fashion, or music, Sophie thrives when surrounded by art in all its forms.
With a career shaped by working alongside some talented professionals, Sophie brings a rich blend of experiences to Beauty Shop Miami. Her expertise includes mastering hair extensions and other enhancements, allowing her to create transformations that leave her clients feeling empowered and radiant.

A Miami native with a passion for beauty, Révati is a rising star in makeup and hairstyling. With a sharp eye for detail and a flair for creativity, she crafts looks that are polished, personal, and always on point. Whether it’s flawless makeup or a sleek hairdo, Révati is dedicated to making clients look and feel their best. Her journey is just beginning, and the future looks bright for this talented artist.
CRYSTAL
NAIL QUEEN
Specializing in non toxic gel manicures/pedicures, Apre Gel Extensions, and creative nail art
Her name’s Crystal, but you can call her the Nail Queen! When she’s not creating stunning manicures, you’ll find her spending time with her family, enjoying quiet moments with her two dogs, or diving into her love for crystals, zodiacs, and all things spooky—aliens and scary movies included!
Crystal has been perfecting nails for over nine years, starting in West Palm Beach before moving to Miami three years ago. Her journey to Beauty Shop Miami began serendipitously when she did Martin’s nails. When the time came to branch out on her own, the connection she felt with the salon and its team made the decision an easy one.
Passionate about nail grooming and staying on top of the latest trends, Crystal specializes in Japanese gel manicures and Apres extensions, always prioritizing the health and care of her clients’ nails.
