Drew Calloway

Born and raised on a tobacco farm in North Carolina, Drew knew at a young age that life was much bigger than his surroundings. Determined to explore the world around him, Drew parlayed his love for making people laugh and his passion for helping people feel good about themselves into a successful career in the beauty industry.

It wasn’t long before his talents as a hair stylist and colorist landed him in New York City, working alongside many of the industry’s best for the better part of the past 20 years. While in New York, in addition to perfecting his technical skills, Drew led advanced teaching and training programs for companies such as John Paul Mitchell Systems and Wella, while also spearheading education programs within salons. Drew recognizes the value of advanced education and its role in the culture of the salon. Most recently, Drew spent several years training under and the working with celebrity colorist Marie Robinson.

Now a full-time resident of Miami, Drew is embarking on his life’s dream with the opening of his own salon. With a nod to his Southern roots and sense for hospitality, Drew, along with his partner Martin Ducasse, welcome you to Beauty Shop Miami… where everyone is celebrated, embraced, hosted like family and treated like friends!

Martin Ducasse

Co-Founder

Martin sees beauty everywhere he looks. And, he’s determined to help others find that same beauty within themselves.

Born in Baie-Comeau, Canada, a small town in the northeastern corner of the province of Quebec, Martin has built an impressive career as a hair stylist and colorist. After working with some of the most talented artists in the Quebec area, Martin landed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as part of the beauty team for the largest television network in Montreal. For three years, he styled top celebrities, worked on every set possible, and had insider’s view to life behind-the-scenes.

 Looking for a new challenge, Martin decided to push his luck and move to Miami where the art, fashion, and weather were calling his name. Specializing in blond and natural looks, Martin has established a solid reputation while working for Red Market Salon, one of the Miami’s top salons located in Bal Harbour Shops.

 After 21 years in the business, Martin is ready to his next adventure as he joins partner Drew Calloway in the launch of Beauty Shop Miami.

Janice Rodriguez

Stylist, Tier 4

A vivacious Latina from New York City, Janice leaves an impression on everyone she meets – creative, fierce, funny, sweet, bold, passionate about her craft.

Early in life, Janice loved making her family and friends look beautiful. By the age of 19, she was well on her way to becoming a hairstylist. Then, she had the opportunity to train with talented stylists such as John Frieda, Rita Hazan, Louise O’Connor, and Marie Robinson. 

Janice specializes in hair cutting, up dos, blowouts, and keratin. You’ll instantly feel the love while sitting in her chair as she’ll turn an ordinary hair appointment into an extraordinary experience.

Marsha Graham

Colorist/Stylist, Tier 2

At the age of 5, Marsha learned to braid hair from her father. Calling hair her “therapy,” it wasn’t long before she decided to turn her hobby of hair into creating art. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Marsha first moved to Boston before making Miami her home. She landed an opportunity to assist at Sean Donaldson Salon. From there, her career took off and even earned her a spot on the set of The Housewives of Miami and other celebrity gigs. She brings more than eight years of styling experience to Beauty Shop Miami and working knowledge of many of the top hair product brands.
